6 Point Ratchet Suspension for Full Brim Acerpal Hardhat

I would like to say that I love my hardhat, but along with several pros, there's one major suspension con.
Pros:
The comfort when the suspension is intact is good. Also not the suspension itself, but shell graphics and style is great. I've received many compliments and like the design a lot.
The removable chin strap is a nice inclusion for those unfortunate times the GC requires them.
Major Con:
This suspension, while easy to set up, feels really cheap, and breaks way too easily. From the get-up it seemed flimsy to me, yet still comfy enough. Then those notorious little tabs in the back snap off, and all comfort and safety go out the window. I've seen many others agree. This is a major design flaw, for safety, comfort, and reliability. Acerpal urgently needs to address this, or many will be forced to explore other manufacturers, despite being perfectly pleased otherwise.

Would be a 5 star review, like all the other reviews have said , those tiny pieces break off so quickly, I love my hard hat, but I’m tired of replacing the head gear

The plastic nubs in the back keep breaking off. It would make sense to do a redesign to correct this and some other issues. !

Love the hard hats and the comfy of liner. The one thing that needs fixed on the liners are the little plastic ears on back side, They keep breaking off and only getting a month per liner. I have 20 employees using these, I'm thinking of finding a different brand to switch to. I guess you all knew what you was doing for job security!!

I have put into my hard hat. They have been breaking in the same spot. The tiny pieces of plastic that pop into the main insert that hold the tightening part. I will not keep wasting my money on these. If the company comes up with a different design that still fits in my hardhat, I might buy it. I do not recommend based on them keep breaking.
