    we have had to replace may of these because they break

    Keeps breaking

    This will be the third one I have put into my hard hat. They have been breaking in the same spot. The tiny pieces of plastic that pop into the main insert that hold the tightening part. I will not keep wasting my money on these. If the company comes up with a different design that still fits in my hardhat, I might buy it. I do not recommend based on them keep breaking.
