6 Point Ratchet Suspension for Full Brim Acerpal Hardhat

Love the hard hats and the comfy of liner. The one thing that needs fixed on the liners are the little plastic ears on back side, They keep breaking off and only getting a month per liner. I have 20 employees using these, I'm thinking of finding a different brand to switch to. I guess you all knew what you was doing for job security!!

Received the wrong item, works but not what I ordered.

I have put into my hard hat. They have been breaking in the same spot. The tiny pieces of plastic that pop into the main insert that hold the tightening part. I will not keep wasting my money on these. If the company comes up with a different design that still fits in my hardhat, I might buy it. I do not recommend based on them keep breaking.
